Meeting God...
Author Unknown
There once was a little boy who wanted to meet God. He knew it was a long trip to where God lived, so he packed his suitcase with Twinkies and a six-pack of root beer and he started his journey.
When he had gone about three blocks, he met an old woman. She was sitting in the park just staring at some pigeons. The boy sat down next to her and opened his suitcase. He was about to take a drink from his root beer when he noticed that the old lady looked hungry, so he offered her a Twinkie. She gratefully accepted it and smiled at him. Her smile was so pretty that the boy wanted to see it again, so he offered her a root beer. Once again she smiled at him. The boy was delighted ! They sat there all afternoon eating and smiling, but they never said a word.
As it grew dark, the boy realized how tired he was and he got up to leave, but before he had gone more than a few steps, he turned around, ran back to the old woman and gave her a hug. She gave him her biggest smile ever. When the boy opened the door to his own house a short time later, his mother was surprised by the look of joy on his face. She asked him, "What did you do today that made you so happy?" He replied, "I had lunch with God." But before his mother could respond, he added, "You know what? She's got the most beautiful smile I've ever seen!"
Meanwhile, the old woman, also radiant with joy, returned to her home. Her son was stunned by the look of peace on her face and he asked, "Mother, what did you do today that made you so happy?" She replied, "I ate Twinkies in the park with God." But before her son responded, she added, "You know, he's much younger than I expected."
would you rather....
Would you rather lie on your deathbed knowing you have tried and failed, than to regret not having tried at all? Time and tide waits for no man, you never know when you are going to die. So, if you have any dreams, do not have any doubts, and go for it now!
life iz ez looking..
Life is easy looking to the future, we get somewhere faster than the past. We can't change our past from our mistakes, but we can prevent from making the same mistakes from the past. By improving our attitudes toward life, making life less stressful, and our future will be better for us. Our future is more important than our past and we need to realize our past is gone and future is here. We can keep on trying go back to the past but, it is hard to go back. Also we need to accept our mistakes and just carry the mistakes behind our mind. We need to move on to our life and realize mistakes are mistakes
.... live.
Live in the reality of today, not of the past. For today is a gift and the past is a memory. So live your life to the fullest --- TODAY!"
for God's sake...
Why do people think teachers are 'Monsters'? I really don't understand. Hasn't anyone noticed that if it wasn't for their first grade teacher they wouldn't know how to add or subtract, even read? Well I know this one teacher/coach that has touched my life in so many different places. She has taught me more than what I have learned in a whole 2 years at the Junior High. She has taught me so much both on and off the court. She was there to help and pushed me to succeed. There was a few times when I felt like ending my life and she could see the pain in my eyes. She came up to me and would say, "You're not the kind of person that would give up! Why? You have so much to live for Anna!
Look I'm going to help you but you have to promise me that you won't do anything stupid. I'm not giving up and there is no way I'm letting you give up."
You know what? My coach never gave up on me and I made it through that tough 8th grade year. She taught me to always keep going when you are going through hell and to never give up no matter what life throws at you.
My best advice for teens, like me, when they are going through hell is to never give up, never give up faith and most importantly believe in yourself. Even when it seems like nobody believes in you, don't stop believing in yourself because that is the most important thing you need in life. Reach out to people even if you think you shouldn't. Have a little bit of faith and take another step even when it is dark and you don't know if what you are about to set foot on is air or ground because people like my coach will be there to catch you when you fall."

TIPS for first wedding night.
Your first night as a married couple may be different from the way you imagine it.
Difficulty Level: Hard Time Required: all night
Here's How:
Accept the fact that wedding nights are perfect only in the movies.
In most cases, you're either going to be exhausted from the event or totally wired.
Neither is the best state of mind for the best sex of your life.
So take the pressure off yourselves.
Shower and change into comfortable clothes.
If it feels right to you, and you still have out-of-town friends around, invite them to your honeymoon suite.
If that's the craziest advice you ever heard, ignore it.
Order room service.
After the food and drink arrive, slip the "do not disturb" sign on your door.
Share with each other the high points of the wedding, and what you remember most.
Present a small gift to each other (see below for ideas).
Arrange a wake-up call if you need to catch a flight.
Don't rush things. Start with a massage, perhaps.
If you don't plan on starting a family immediately, plan in advance for the birth control you'll use.
And if the sex isn't the greatest thing you ever experienced, don't fret. You've got a lifetime to perfect it.
Tips:
No children. Anywhere.
You'll remember this evening for the rest of your life, so make an effort to make it special.
Candles, a subtle fragrance, music you both love can enhance the occasion.
Even if you usually sleep in a T-shirt or naked, consider wearing something special to bed on this night.
Remember, it will NOT all be over in the morning.
Speak Up for Better Sex
Laura Gilbert
Despite all the pop songs, TV shows, and movies about sex that would have you believe otherwise, a lot of us (or so we hear) are having sex that is average, even boring. For young people, particularly young women who haven't yet had an orgasm, sex can be something of a challenge because they're still discovering what turns them on.
"One problem among young people, particularly men, is that they learn about sex from watching porn," says Karen Gless, Ph.D., a marriage and family therapist in San Diego, CA. "In bed, they mimic the big, dramatic moves they see in porn films, but that's not necessarily what feels best for their partners," she says.
What's the solution? Well, talking about what turns you on can go a long way towards better sex. If your partner's technique leaves you less than thrilled, or if his or her attitude could use some adjusting, perhaps the two of you should be talking more and boinking less. But beware: criticism directed towards a partner who's naked, insecure, and doing his or her best can result in years of neurosis and sexual low self-esteem. Here's some advice on how to get your partner clued in without hurting his or her feelings.
Say What You Mean Begin by telling your partner exactly what the problem is from your point of view. For example, "It's hard for me to get hot unless you spend some time touching my chest," or "I feel like I'm doing something wrong when you don't respond," are approaches that avoid the twin communication-killers of "you never" or "you always."
Ava Cadell, PhD., a clinical sexologist in Los Angeles, CA, suggests spending some time outside of the bedroom talking about your sex likes and dislikes. Talk about what you'd like to try, what makes you queasy, and even those kinky fantasies you've never shared with anyone. "You'll find out what one another likes and learn about what lines not to cross," says Cadell, the author of Confessions of a Sexologist (Peters, 1999).
Practice Aural Sex If you're not the type of person who'd ever be comfortable giving your partner a laundry list of sexual requests ("First, stroke the back of my neck, and then..."), you can use your communication skills to drop some hints to your partner in a more subtle fashion.
"When you make noise in bed, it releases your sexual energy, and also turns your partner on by letting him or her know that he or she is doing a great job," says Cadell.
The following are Cadell's tips on creating great aural sex:
Pump Up the Volume: Start by cranking up the decibels on your littlest "oohs" and "aahs." "Because having sex in silence is like watching a movie without sound," says Cadell.
Stick to the Basics: "There are two things that everyone, no matter how inhibited, can say during sex," says Cadell, "They are "yes,' and your partner's name. Just be sure you've got the right name."
Practice Makes Perfect: To beef up your sexual vocabulary, start by listing common expressions for body parts or sex acts that you like. Practice saying them out loud when you're by yourself. Once you're comfortable hearing them aloud, you'll be less shy about using them when your partner is in the room. Just make sure that you're really on your own when you're practicing. Your roommates or co-workers don't need to know your nicknames for your partner's private
Ask a couple of guys for wedding-night advice...and you're likely to get a suitcase full of smart-alecky comments. Sigh. I tried, dear readers, I tried.
I emailed a cross-section of men this question:
"To have a fabulous wedding night, what should the groom-to-be know?"
You'd think I was asking for their PIN number or computer password. I got generalities, evasions, wise cracks. Which, come to think of it, are all somewhat characteristic of your typical wife-husband interrogation.
By and large, these guys just weren't willing to spill the beans and talk seriously about tender lovemaking techniques. But rather than calling married men uncommonly evasive, let's give them the benefit of the doubt: When it comes to discussing what goes on behind closed doors, they're discreet. At least most of them. Herewith, their comments:
"It is unwise to spend too much time opening those envelopes on one's wedding night. Save it for immediately afterward."
"Let the bride know that passing wind will be a regular occurrence for the duration of your marriage and she would be best served to join in the fun."
"Go easy on the spirits. The only thing worse than a morning-after hangover is the inability to deliver the goods on the wedding night."
"Do NOT, under any circumstances, turn on 'Sportscenter' immediately thereafter. There's plenty of time for that later in the honeymoon."
"Remember that the bride has just endured one of the most stress-filled episodes of her life, and her immediate goal may be to achieve unconsciousness, rather than sexual Nirvana. If she already has achieved unconsciousness, do not attempt to wake her. Also, you are drunk, and probably slightly obnoxious, and most likely wouldn't 'perform' up to either of your standards. If you posses the self-control to let her get a good night's rest, the next morning will be heavenly."
"What's so special about the wedding night these days? it's not like it's the first time. My advice: go with the fantasy. It's not often that dreams and reality cross."
It's all in how you say it...marriage is about communication, You need to put your best self forward, especially in a new situation."
"After the ceremony, it's too late for advice. Best wishes and good luck!"
Success and self-confidence
Success and self-confidence depend on you being willing to go for your dreams even when things are hard, when you are tired and discouraged and you don't seem to be making any progress. This is a true test of character and it's often here that your breakthrough will come.
Of course, we've have all had experiences we'd rather not have but it's how you handle it that counts, especially when what happens is painful, hurtful, or sad. It's important to remember that we all need life's tough experiences, as well as the good ones.
It's in the tough times that we grow, learn, and mature. You can let it defeat you, or you can look it straight in the eye with your head held up and say "I will be bigger than you".
A new survey has just been released out of England - maybe you've heard of it. They followed several hundred couples for four years, and found at the end of it all that 59 percent had split up - despite the fact that they still felt love for each other. The most common complaint? That the love didn't grow. GROW!? What were they thinking? Love is a mole? A wart? A hyacinth bulb?
So what is this thing called "love"? The definition I like best comes from a wise contemporary philosopher who said, "When I am in the presence of this person, I really like who I am." Sounds like love to me. There may be more poetic interpretations of romantic feelings for another, but this one covers the core concept. If you are indeed "in love," then angst and low self-esteem shouldn't be a principal part of the equation. If your partner helps you believe you are a worthy, intelligent human, you may be on the right track. More indicators - he laughs at your jokes and you feel witty, attractive, and sexy. You do NOT feel dense, overweight or in need of an IQ transfusion.
A fresh romance provides the opportunity for a lot of tumbling and boinking and kissing and snuggling and nuzzling. Meanwhile the phone rings unanswered and the electric bills lie abandoned on the table. At some point, one or both conspirators come up for air and spy the ever-growing pile of forgotten responsibilities. They realize the rent must be paid, and Mom must be called. If not, it will become difficult to continue the horizontal rocking and rolling, since either a search party will be dispatched to locate them, or a burly guy named Phil will appear to repossess the furniture. Maybe both. This is the beginning of the second phase of being in love. It is the part just past the constantly damp thongs, the flaring nostrils and the ever-present wistful glances.
Too many decent human beings get caught here, in a rush-hour press to better themselves for their kissing partners. The message there, of course, is that the partner has no taste and was actually looking for a totally different human - they are, however, willing to do a quick renovation job so you'll fit the template. Don't fall for this. It is the prologue of a very long and tedious novel that ends with the hopeless protagonist in despair, confused about who she really is. Love is not about remaking the other person. It is about appreciating the differences and celebrating the shared places - with a bunch of chemistry mixed in.
So why do we even bother falling in love? Most animals bypass the tedious dating ritual and head straight for integrating their genitals - penguins and whales notwithstanding. One thought is that we unconsciously bind to someone whose genetic material is similar to ours - someone who seems familiar, and often looks somewhat like members of our own family. This would explain why Mick Jagger marries women with large heads, most notably first wife Bianca, who could be his twin sister. Take a closer look at that picture of Jennifer Aniston and Brad Pitt on the newsstand - two people, one jaw. They are like mirror images with a gender change. Other times, the similarities are more subtle - full lips, full dark hair - but they're there if you look for them.
Another theory says the presence of certain persons cause endorphins to be released in our brains - including phenylethylamine, the chemical that makes us high with the feeling of love. Since this substance is also found in chocolate, sometimes, when we think we are in love, we're really just craving a Hershey bar.
Finally, there is a famous experiment done by Dr. Lynne Alden. She had a female researcher stand at the end of two pedestrian bridges, handing questionnaires to men as they finished crossing. The men were also given a phone number to call, just in case they thought of anything else. One bridge was solid, sedate and positioned a few feet off the ground; the other was a long, narrow suspension bridge, swaying frightfully, hundreds of feet above a treacherous river. The men who had just exited the scary bridge found reasons to call the interviewer, while the other men did not. Alden's conclusion - the sweaty hands, pounding heart and shakiness brought on by fear is mimicked in the feeling of love. Translation - sometimes what we perceive as love is actually a tingling feeling of danger. This explains many bad relationships that go from crazy-in-love to you-drive-me-nuts.
With all these possibilities to check out, it's no wonder we have trouble telling if we are in love. If we want that love to "grow," we must first make sure it's firmly planted and watered. And we must be clear that it is love we are attempting to fatten up - not pure chemistry, thrills or appreciation for a good-looking face that happens to resemble our own. Otherwise, we're destined to become part of the 59 percent who split up without really knowing why.
The good news here is the 41 percent who stayed together. They probably had some raving doubts and less-than-celestial moments too, but perhaps they are the people who had different expectations of the relationship. Perhaps they had more experience, more past successes and disappointments, and were more able to spot the real thing in a forest of maybes.
Love cannot accept what it is. Everywhere on earth it cries out against kindness, compassion, intelligence, everything that leads to compromise. Love demands the impossible, the absolute, the sky on fire, inexhaustible springtime, life after death and death itself transfigured into eternal life.
Love may generally be seen as romantic; however, it is more an expression of the heart's emotions. The heart is a fragile thing, able to easily love and break. You give your heart to certain people in your life and give them the responsibility to carefully handle it, hoping they don't drop it. Valentine's Day is a day of recognition and appreciation to those who nurture your heart and make it grow with love. But again for some of us its painful and depressing. I always hated Valentine's day when it came to "boy and girl" type of relationship.
"Those" would be family, friends and significant others. Memories are made with these people and hopes and goals are accomplished. Issues between you don't always go smoothly, and problems arise in these relationships. But in the end, the relationships are all about love. During adolescence, love can be a confusing thing. It is not only confusing on the romantic level, but on the level of family and friends.
You grow up with many of these people and share laughter, experience and memories. Family members become friends and friends become family. Though these people are important in your life, frustration between you sometimes builds from stress, decision-making, freedom and conflicting ideas: "They just don't seem to understand." Whether this may be true, a friend or family member's commitment to you is unbreakable despite words and threats exchanged. The conflict is an expression of the love because they care so much about your future and what you will become. Sometimes, I sit and ask myself many questions...and especially when your own people trouble you...Why is this world so selfish? or why am I so selfish? Sometimes I think we spend all of our life just pleasing others (love ones) and affraid to do what we desire however those "OTHERS" does not appricate what we do. They think its our duty to please them. Why do we expect so high from each other? and why does it hurt when those expectiations are not made? Sometimes LOVE can be CONFUSING!
The romantic aspects of love are important during the teen-age years as teens feel the desire to be loved and needed. Boyfriends and girlfriends seem like a large part of the social scene, with names etched in hearts on bathroom walls. Many adults think teens don't know what love is, that we are blinded by infatuation, which I'm not denying is true. We may not know what their defined, eternal love is, but the love we experience is not anything to be pushed aside. Our first experiences of love come into our lives just about now. We discover what it feels like to be loved in a way not like any other, what it feels like for that special someone to hold our hand and hearing "I love you" for the first time.
The words "I love you" are so simple yet overwhelming. How do you know when you love someone or when someone loves you? What signs do you look for? How strong is "I love you"?
Obviously, I'm not old enough to know what true love is, but I have recently thought about love and its symptoms. At first, the idea of love brings thoughts of boyfriends and girlfriends, holding hands, hugs, kisses and commitment. Love is more than this. It is connecting with someone in a way different than any other. That special someone is a soul mate who will listen and be unconditionally supportive. Love is when you accept someone for the way they are, care for them, and feel for them unlike anyone else. To be with them is the most natural thing in the world.
All of these people express their love to you, whether it be seen through long-stemmed roses, a touch, hugs, kisses or words. They are your support group &emdash; what's not to love? Valentine's Day is to express affection to all loved ones. Let them know how much they mean to you not just on Feb. 14, (I know someone's BIRTHDAY IS ON 14 Feb) but every day, for without them you and your life are not complete.
"Relationships--of all kinds--are like sand held in your hand. Held loosely, with an open hand, the sand remains where it is. The minute you close your hand and squeeze tightly to hold on, the sand trickles through your fingers. You may hold onto some of it, but most will be spilled. A relationship is like that. Held loosely, with respect and freedom for the other person, it is likely to remain intact. But hold too tightly, too possessively, and the relationship slips away and is lost."
my views on life
Life, it is so difficult but then, it can be so simple. Difficult in as much as there is pain and disappointment in any life, but simple in how even the bleakest life can capture some rays of beauty and pleasure. No matter how disappointing or painful life is, I have always been able to find something uplifting in the midst of it all.
I can remember times in my past, of being depressed because I'd lost some of the most inspiring people in my life that I never dreamed of having move on and grow out of my life; beloved best friends, relatives and boyfriends.
Waking up each day, not knowing what I was getting myself into when I set my foot out the door, I took another step towards the future. But above all this, I sometimes cry inside, selfishly wanting something new and something different to happen, or something to go just the way I had planned. But I know that I can't hold back on the rest of my life forever. I have to come back into the world and face the reality that I have to move on and take with me only memories, and strive to do and dig deeper into what is ahead.
Because with each day that you wake, not knowing what is going to happen, you attempt to pull through yet again, one more day of life. But when life starts to drag me down, I start to think, vividly recapturing the feeling of having been blessed. Blessed with so many people and things in my everyday life; blessed with the gift of living and the power that I have to indulge in whatever my heart's set on, free to make my own decisions and be able to withstand the consequences.
I find that the smallest and simplest things in life help lift my spirits and get me to my feet again when I am overloaded with life. Something as simple as the sound and smell of rain or the halo around the moon made by ice crystals on exceptionally cold and clear winter nights sitting by myself, wondering what my future holds for me, made me look beyond the pain I held inside from the past.
Crickets chirping on a warm summer's night or the invasion of tiny frogs croaking in the distance and then disappearing into the night, dark skies filled with glowing stars or the moon brightly shining out my window, the smile from an unacquainted stranger or sunrise at dawn greeting me with a new day, just the living of my life is all the incentive I need.
The being of creation is enough to suspend any of life's endeavors. I know that I can reach beyond people into something more, something that I can relate to in my heart, the feeling of happiness, because I will only get to live once.
I will only get to feel what life is for a given period of time, time that God has set for me. Even with the knowledge that I will someday die, perhaps even suffer in it, I cannot begrudge the world its favor to me to have felt the pleasures of living and the thought of have been loved by many.
From the sense that we are all led to find God in our own ways, we make our peace with the great things that are given to us. Even for those of us that might think it will all to go back into nothingness because we are so little, have started and give up on all that we've began. Life's so short, yet we live it like we have forever.
a message for the sensualists
It sickens me that there are people who think it is a turn-on to watch the pain on a little girl's face as some pervert takes her VlRGINITY! I wouldn't be surprised if you showed your deranged viewers the blood that comes from having sex with a VlRGIN! They would probably like it too. Honestly, how can you live with yourselves? It infuriates me that you Sick Bastards get off on the defiling of young girls! A young girl's VlRGINITY is a sacred thing and you disgusting scumbags act like it is some kind of private show for you to watch while you touch yourselves!
It is a disgrace to all of humanity! I HOPE YOU ALL BURN IN HELL!
getting older.
Lord, you know better than I know myself that I am growing older and will someday be old. Keep me from getting talkative, and particularly from the fatal habit of thinking I must say something on every subject.Release me from the craving to straighten out everybody else's affairs. Make me thoughtful, but not moody; helpful, but not bossy. With my vast store of wisdom it seems a pity not to use it all - but thou knowest Lord, that I want a few friends at the end. Keep, my mind free from the recital of endless details; give me wings to get to the point. Seal my lips on my many aches and pains, they are increasing and my love of rehearsing them is becoming greater as the years go by. Teach me the glorious lesson that occasionally it is possible that I may be mistaken. Keep me reasonably sweet; I do not want to be a saint - some of them are hard to live with - but a sour old man or woman is one of the crowning works of the devil. Help me to extract all possible fun out of life. There are so many funny things around us, and I don't want to miss any of them
How to get her.
Before you can physically arouse a woman you need to make her "want to be aroused". To get most women in the mood, a man needs to "make love to her all day long." Be nice, loving, and thoughtful and call her in the middle of the day just to say you're thinking of her. Buy her something for no reason. Women need to know you care. They connect naturally through the heart. Men are generally more outward--work and play oriented. They're focused and don't usually think about their relationship as much as women do. Men, if you want her to be more enthusiastic about having sex with you, you need to make love to her all day long by showing her you care. Put a note in your appointment book to call her a couple of times each week and tell her you love her. When you see her, do little thoughtful things that tell her she's special to you. Touching her in nonsexual ways is part of making love. Looking at her with love in your eyes. Compliment her. Giving her soft kisses. Being thoughtful, sensitive and physically tender sets the mood for you to become sexual later. Don't rush or make her feel pressured because she might shut down. Especially if your habit is to grope and grab. Let go of expectations and simply feel love for her. She'll begin to warm up to you because, for her, sex and love go hand-in-hand. my note: The suggestions above may not work for all couples. Sometimes a medical problem or depression is the underlying cause of loss of sex drive. Talk to your partner about it, she may beable to tell you what she thinks the cause is. If your partner asked you to read this article then the solution probably lies within those paragraphs. :)------>
the difference b/w female and male
| the difference between males and females..... | |
When we expect the opposite sex to think and act the way our own gender would we have communication problems. We may be one in the spirit, but there is a vast difference on the biological level. This effects out emotional, mental and physical reality. These differences can act as a barrier to our greatest learning tool. There are many books out on the subject of male/female communication to help sort out the misunderstandings. However, if you find yourself caught in the karmic loop of your parents relationship, you may not see clearly where and how change can happen. Often times the way we see ourselves is filtered through the eyes of the man or woman in our life. And if by chance the relationship game fails, we hold it against ourselves and let it create a blueprint for further failures. At some point we become sincere in our efforts to get to the bottom of what is blocking our relationships with others, but not until we get sincere about getting to know ourselves first. Our relationships with the opposite sex are like looking at ourselves in a mirror. The reflection is the same but reversed. The differences are designed for us to see ourselves in each other, but we have to turn our mind around to get the message. If the goal is to get to the spirit level, the journey will be enriching. But if you are trying to make the pieces fit together in order to fulfill the fairytale image passed down from your family lineage, it can be a bumpy road. Males have scoratory love. Simply put, this is the love to score, which also means to get or to conquer. He could score on a woman for his ego purposes or use this energy inwardly and score on that which bugs him. In other words, he can conquer the beast within. This is a destructive force and it divides. If this seems negative, remember it was Jesus who said, "I have not come to bring peace but to cause division." Scoratory love is an excellent energy to use to help get rid of the out-dated ideas and concepts that are no longer working. In order to clean out the garbage one must use this male energy. You do not have to have a male body to run male energy, nor do you have to have a female body to run female energy. The key, however, to successfully using your male and female energy is to have your mind on when you use it. Females come equipped with conjugal love, which means marriage love. This energy is unifying. It knows nothing of destruction and is solely a creative energy. Females have it so they can have children and families. If not engaged in making a baby, females have a lot of energy left over to use in other creative ways. They can use it to make a baby out of just about anything, including a male, a project or even an illness. A female must be clear on what they want to create if they run this energy, because it has been known to run a female. When males and females get together the tendency is to rely on the opposite sex to fulfill what the other believes they are lacking. The male forgets about his own female energy and vice versa with the female. If this dependency gets really strong, then both become weaker and more needy of the other. The weight of the relationship gets heavy under all the expectations. When couples break up they usually are just trying to get space so they can grow and learn again. For most people it is not the case that they don't know how to keep a relationship together, it is that one or both simply doesn't want to, though they usually can't admit to it. That is why many self help books don't work. When we realize that we each have an abundance of both male and female energy within, we can learn to be mated to our own soul and attract to ourselves someone who is doing the same. Then we can truly say we are one in the spirit.

a time comes in our lives
Sitting at the Marshalls, with my time card in my hand, I started to realize where I was and what I was finally doing. Thoughts of "I'm not good enough to be here" started floating around my head. As much as I tried, I could not get this thought out of my head the whole time I was sitting with my other seven competitors. As my race approached and I clambered up the stairs and got behind my lane, ready to race, the thought started to disappear.
I started to look around the crowd. I saw the officials and finally my competitors. Seeing their faces, their concentration, their anguish, I finally glanced down my lane. At the start and the end of this lane were two walls. In between the two walls was water. And in the water was my DREAM.
What came next was my realization. A dream is based on your reality, your strengths and your weaknesses. If my dream was above the ground then I just made the foundations to make it concrete, a reality.
"I'm here aren't I?" - I said to myself.
I swam the race of my life. I wasn't placed anywhere, but just to be here was my dream. People often thought that I couldn't do it and I wouldn't do it. So when I got here, the best feeling I had was when I figured out that "I was good enough, not only because I made the qualifying time but mainly because I never gave up; I gave my dream a shot."
An aim, a dream, a focus; never think you have set your goals too high. You will just have the bigger challenge of achieving it.
advice for life.
My advice for everyone is to live their life the way that they want to. This is probably the best advise that I was ever given, and if you think about it is the best advise that anyone could ever give anybody. This world is full of differences, and that is what makes it interesting. I know that being different from everyone else is difficult at times, but when you realize that that is who you are, then it doesn't matter any more. Find someone who you can trust completely with anything. This will help you get through those tough times when everything seems to be going wrong. Talking to someone can make all the difference in the world. It can make it seem like a huge load was taken from you, and you can fly again. Learn from the mistakes that you make. The only way that you will get better at anything is to make a mistake and then do it right the next time. Don't be afraid to make mistakes either, because if you are then you won't learn as much from them when you do make them. Do everything to your best ability. Try your best no matter what you are doing. If you do this then you will feel a great sense of accomplishment and pride in yourself. Try your best even with those small things, because it is the small things that make all the difference in life. Live life the way you want to and not how other people tell you to. Listen to others and respect others and your life will be filled with happiness and good memories.

10th grade
As I sat there in English class, I stared at the girl next to me. She was my so called 'best friend'. I stared at her long hair, and wished she was mine. But she didn't notice me like that, and I knew it. After class, she walked up to me and asked me for the notes she had missed the day before. handed them to her. She said 'thanks' and gave me a kiss on the cheek. I want to tell her, I want her to know that I dont want to be just friends, I love her but I'm just too shy, and I dont know why.
11th grade
The phone rang. On the other end, it was her. She was in tears, mumbling on and on about how her love had broke her heart. She asked me to come over because she didn't want to be alone, so I did. As I sat next to her on the sofa, I stared at her soft eyes, wishing she was mine. After 2 hours, one Drew Barrymore movie, and three bags of chips, she decided to go to sleep. She looked at me, said 'thanks' and gave me a kiss on the cheek. I want to tell her, I want her to know that I don't want to be just friends, I love her but I'm just too shy, and I dont know why.
Senior year
The day before prom she walked to my locker. "My date is sick" she said, "hes not gonna go" well, I didn't have a date, and in 7th grade, we made a promise that if neither of us had dates, we would go together just as 'best friends'. So we did. Prom night, after everything was over, I was standing at her front door step. I stared at her as she smiled at me and stared at me with her crystal eyes. I want her to be mine, but she doesn't think of me like that, and I know it. Then she said- "I had the best time, thanks!" and gave me a kiss on the cheek. I want to tell her, I want her to know that I dont want to be just friends, I love her but I'm just too shy, and I don't know why.
A day passed, then a week, then a month. Before I Could blink, it was graduation day. I watched as her perfect body floated like an angle up on stage to get her diploma. I wanted her to be mine-but she didn't notice me like that, and I knew it. Before everyone went home, she came to me in her smock and hat, and cried as I hugged her. Then she lifted her head from my shoulder and said- 'you're my best friend, thanks' and gave me a kiss on the cheek. I want to tell her, I want her to know that I dont want to be just friends, I love her but I'm just too shy, and I don't know why.
Now I sit in the pews of the church. That girl is getting married That girl is getting married now. I watched her say 'I do' and drive off to her new life, married to another man. I wanted her to be mine, but she didn't see me like that, and I knew it. But before she drove away, she came to me and said 'you came!'. She said 'thanks' and kissed me on the cheek. I want to tell her, I want her to know that I dont want to be just friends, I love her but I'm just too shy, and I don't know why.
Years passed, I looked down at the coffin of a girl who used to be my 'best friend'. At the service, they read a diary entry she had wrote in her high school years. This is what it read: "I stare at him wishing he was mine; but he doesn't notice me like that, and I know it. I want to tell him, I want him to know that I don't want to be just friends, I love him but I'm just too shy, and I don't know why. I wish he would tell me he loved me! 'I wish I did too...' I thought to myself, andIcried.
Do yourself a favour, tell her/him you love them. they won't be there forever.
I am flying
friends, when i read it first time, my eyes were filled with tears. and i learnt the meanings of life, what does life mean, it gave me the message to live. NOT FAILURE BUT LOW AIM IS THE CRIME.
Once upon a time there was a little boy who was raised in an orphanage.
The little boy had always wished that he could fly like a bird. It was very difficult for him to understand why he could not fly. There were birds at the zoo that were much bigger than he, and they could fly. "Why can't I?" he thought. "Is there something wrong with me?" he wondered. There was another little boy who was crippled. He had always wished that he could walk and run like other little boys and girls. "Why can't I be like them?" he thought.
One day the little orphan boy, who had wanted to fly like a bird, ran away from the orphanage. He came upon a park where he saw the little boy, who could not walk or run, playing in the sandbox. He ran over to the little boy and asked him if he had ever wanted to fly like a bird. "No," said the little boy who could not walk or run. "But I have wondered what it would be like to walk and run like other boys and girls."
"That is very sad," said the little boy who wanted to fly. "Do you think we could be friends?" he said to the little boy in the sandbox.
"Sure," said the little boy. The two little boys played for hours. They made sand castles and made really funny sounds with their mouths. Sounds which made them laugh real hard. Then the little boy's father came with a wheelchair to pick up his son. The little boy who had always wanted to fly ran over to the boy's father and whispered something into his ear.
"That would be OK," said the man. The little boy who had always wanted to fly like a bird ran over to his new friend and said, "You are my only friend and I wish that there was something that I could do to make you walk and run like other little boys and girls. But I can't. But there is something that I can do for you."
The little orphan boy turned around and told his new friend to slide up onto his back. He then began to run across the grass. Faster and faster he ran, carrying the little crippled boy on his back. Faster and harder he ran across the park. Harder and harder he made his legs travel. Soon the wind just whistled across the two little boys' faces. The little boy's father began to cry as he watched his beautiful little crippled son flapping his arms up and down in the wind, all the while yelling at the top of his voice,
"I'M FLYING, DADDY. I'M FLYING!"

Its our choice.
A young and successful executive was traveling down a neighborhood street, going a bit too fast in his new Jaguar. He was watching for kids darting out from between parked cars and slowed down when he thought he saw something. As his car passed, no children appeared. Instead, a brick smashed into the Jag's side door! He slammed on the brakes and spun the Jag back to the spot where the brick had been thrown.
He jumped out of the car, grabbed some kid and pushed him up against a parked car shouting, "What was that all about and who are you? Just what the heck are you doing?" Building up a head of steam he went on. "That's a new car and that brick you threw is going to cost a lot of money. Why did you do it?"
"Please mister, please I'm sorry, I didn't know what else to do," pleaded theyoungster.
"I threw the brick because no one else would stop..." Tears were drippingdownthe boy's chin as he pointed around the parked car."It's my brother," he said. "He rolled off the curb and fell out of hiswheelchair and I can't lift him up."
Sobbing, the boy asked the executive, "Would you please help me get himbackinto his wheelchair? He's hurt and he's too heavy for me."
Moved beyond words, the driver tried to swallow the rapidly swelling lumpin histhroat.
He lifted the young man back into the wheelchair and took out hishandkerchiefand wiped the scrapes and cuts, checking to see that everything was goingto beokay.
"Thank you and May God bless you," the grateful child said to him.The man then watched the little boy push his brother down thesidewalk toward their home.
It was a long walk back to his Jaguar...a long slow walk.He never did repair the side door. He kept the dent to remind him not to gothrough life so fast that someone has to throw a brick at you to get yourattention.God whispers in our souls and speaks to your hearts.
Sometimes when we don't have time to listen, He has to throw a brick at us.
It's our choice: Listen to the whisper--or wait for the brick!
Birth Control Pills
An elderly woman went into the doctor’s office. When the doctor asked why she was there, she replied, "I’d like to have some birth-control pills."
Taken aback, the doctor thought for a minute and then said, "Excuse me, Mrs. Smith, but you’re 72 years old. What possible use could you have for birth control pills?"
The woman responded, "They help me sleep better."
The doctor thought some more and continued, "How in the world do birth control pills help you to sleep?"
The woman said, "Simple. I put them in my granddaughter’s orange juice every morning and I sleep better at night."
Dreamz
Hold fast to dreamsfor if dreams dielife is a broken wing birdthat can not fly
hold fast to dreams for when dreams golife is a barren fieldfrozen with snow
Dreams are given to us in the native language of the soul — graphic symbols. This is the "language" that the subconscious mind "speaks". It is a language that is every bit like the world's other languages, in the sense that it carries valid and detailed information, but it has the added benefit of being "built-in", thus it is natural and common to not only all of us today, but to virtually all epochs of human history that we are aware of. It is part of our operating system software that comes preloaded in the package called humanity. In this sense, it is a common language that we all share. It is an archetypal or primordial language that all subconscious minds speak, even if there are local "dialects" caused by personal and cultural amelioration.
So if we are to ever understand what value our dreams hold for us, we must be willing learn a new (but very ancient) language that is often alien to our normal way of sending and receiving communications. And we must also come to understand how both our culture and our personal experiences alter and customize this language for each of us. Dreams DO provide valuable communications to us. Of that I am sure. The histories of all peoples are replete with examples of their precognitive validity.
They provide to our waking, conscious minds an alternative viewpoint of our life experiences from a part of mind which has different, and in many cases, a vastly greater overview and understanding of the whole system than what is normally available to us in the rather limited focus of our ego bound, waking state. And, I am convinced that the information which flows each night from the seemingly boundless landscape of our inner minds holds the key to the answers, as I've found in my own personal studies, that dreams serve as indicators of the templating patterns out of which our waking life experience evolves. In other words, dreams are the blueprints from which life, as we think of it, emerges. The reason and evidence for this should become clear as you study the material.
an old lady
...You know, he almost didn't see the old lady, stranded on the side of the road. But even in the dim light of day, he could see she needed help. So he pulled up in front of her Mercedes and got out. His Pontiac was still sputtering when he approached her. Even with the smile on his face, she was worried. No one had stopped to help for the last hour or so.
Was he going to hurt her? He didn't look safe, he looked poor and hungry. He could see that she was frightened, standing out there in the cold. He knew how she felt. It was that chill which only fear can put in you.
He said, "I'm here to help you ma'am. Why don't you wait in the car where it's warm? By the way, my name is Bryan." Well, all she had was a flat tire, but for an old lady, that was bad enough. Bryan crawled under the car looking for a place to put the jack, skinning his knuckles a time or two. Soon he was able to change the tire. But he had to get dirty and his hands hurt. As he was tightening up the lug nuts, she rolled down the window and began to talk to him. She told him that she was from St. Louis and was only just passing through. She couldn't thank him enough for coming to her aid.
Bryan just smiled as he closed her trunk. She asked him how much she owed him. Any amount would have been all right with her. She had already imagined all the awful things that could have happened had he not stopped. Bryan never thought twice about the money. This was not a job to him. This was helping someone in need, and God knows there were plenty who had given him a hand in the past. He had lived his whole life that way, and it never occurred to him to act any other way.
He told her that if she really wanted to pay him back, the next time she saw someone who needed help, she could give that person the assistance that they needed, and Bryan added "...and think of me". He waited until she started her car and drove off. It had been a cold and depressing day, but he felt good as he headed for home, disappearing into the twilight. A few miles down the road the lady saw a small cafe. She went in to grab a bite to eat, and take the chill off before she made the last leg of her trip home. It was a dingy looking restaurant. Outside were two old gas pumps. The whole scene was unfamiliar to her. The cash register was like the telephone of an out of work actor-it didn't ring much. Her waitress came over and brought a clean towel to wipe her wet hair.
She had a sweet smile, one that even being on her feet for the whole day couldn't erase. The lady noticed that the waitress was nearly eight months pregnant, but she never let the strain and aches change her attitude. The old lady wondered how someone who had so little could be so giving to a stranger. Then she remembered Bryan.
After the lady finished her meal, and the waitress went to get change for her hundred dollar bill, the lady slipped right out the door. She was gone by the time the waitress came back. She wondered where the lady could be, then she noticed something written on the napkin under which was 4 $100 bills. There were tears in her eyes when she read what the lady wrote. It said: "You don't owe me anything, I have been there too. Somebody nice helped me out, the way I'm helping you. If you really want to pay me back, here is what you do: Do not let this chain of love end with you." Well, there were tables to clear, sugar bowls to fill, and people to serve, but the waitress made it through another day.
That night when she got home from work and climbed into bed, she was thinking about the money and what the lady had written. How could the lady have known how much she and her husband needed it? With the baby due next month, it was going to be hard. She knew how worried her husband was,and as he lay sleeping next to her, she gave him a soft kiss and whispered soft and low, "Everything's gonna be all right; I love you, Bryan."
A Special Angel
A SPECIAL ANGEL!
Once upon a time there was a child ready to be born. The child asked God, They tell me you are sending meto earth tomorrow, but how am I going to live therebeing so small and helpless?"
God replied, "Among the many angels, I chose one. Yourangel will be waiting for you and will take care ofyou."
The child further inquired, "But tell me, here inheaven I don't have to do anything but sing and smileto be happy."
God said, "Your angel will sing for you and will alsosmile for you everyday. And you will feel your angel'slove and be very happy."
Again the child asked, "And how am I going to be ableto understand when people talk to me if I don't knowthe language?"
God said, "Your angel will tell you the most beautifuland sweet words you will ever hear, and with muchpatience and care, your angel will teach you how tospeak."
And what am I going to do when I want to talk to you?"
God said, "Your angel will place your hands togetherand will teach you how to pray."
I've heard that on Earth there are bad men. Who willprotect me?"
God said, "Your angel will defend you even if it meansrisking it's life."
But I will always be sad because I will not see youanymore."
God said, "Your angel will always talk to you about meand will teach you the way to come back to me, eventhough I will always be next to you."
At that moment there was much peace in heaven, butvoices from Earth could be heard and the childhurriedly asked, "God, if I am to leave now, pleasetell me my angel's name."
Her name is not important. You will simply call her
"Mom".
A good wife...
My wife and I were happy for twenty years. Then we met. -Rodney Dangerfield A good wife always forgives her husband when she's wrong. -Milton Berle
When a man steals your wife, there is no better revenge than to let him keep her.
Getting married is very much like going to a restaurant with friends. You order what you want, then when you see what the other fellow has, you wish you had ordered that.
Man is incomplete until he is married. Then he is finished.
A man placed an ad in the classifieds: Wife wanted. The next day he received a hundred letters. They all said the same thing: You can have mine.
80% of married men cheat in America. The rest cheat in Europe.
I married Miss Right. I just didn't know her first name was Always.
Losing a wife can be very hard. In my case, it was almost impossible.

Love
LOVE
The article is focused on Love. And Love is what this world needs so
badly in these days of violence and strife. If we cultivate love in our
personal lives and radiate outwardly the peace and joy within our
hearts, we can have a collective positive effect globally.
WHAT IS LOVE?
Love is our greatest need. Is it our highest most fulfilling state? Do we really love or are we simply attached to, identified with or dependent upon the persons we "love" Is our love free and unconditional, or is it mixed with various needs, conditions and demands?
What is unconditional love? Is it possible for us to cultivate it?
What is the difference between love and attachment?
How can we determine whether what we feel is love or attachment?
How can we purify our love and move into a
higher level of consciousness?
These are some of the many questions that we need to answer in order to
create happiness.
Defining Love
Love is a very difficult word to define, perhaps because its reality
approaches spiritual dimensions, which are beyond time and space,
andthus, our comprehension.
Love is perhaps more easily described by what it is not. Love is not
fear, hurt, pain, jealousy, bitterness, hate, separateness, lust,
attachment, aggressiveness, ego-enteredness, indifference,
possessiveness, suppression - the list goes on.
Love, like God, peace and other spiritual realities, can be perceived
more easily through the effects that it creates. We cannot see the
wind, but we can see its effects, such as the leaves moving, branches
swaying, or the sound of air rushing. We know wind exists by its
various side effects. We know there is a Creator because we perceive
its effect - creation itself.
What then are the effects of love? Love creates feelings of unity. We
feel toward others as we feel towards ourselves. We are as interested
in their welfare, happiness, success, health and spiritual growth as
much as we are about our own. Loving others means wanting them to be
happy in whatever ways they are guided to their happiness. It breeds
understanding, compassion, forgiveness, happiness, excitement, peace,
joy, fulfillment and a desire to be helpful in any way we can.
Love is expansion beyond our ego limitations. It is the ability to
identify with the other, to let go of
our self-interest and personal needs enough to really hear and
understand the other’s needs and interests. It means caring enough to
sacrifice, when necessary, our own pleasures and desires when the
other’s needs are obviously more important.
Love is the force that brings about unity and harmony. It is the "glue"
of the universe. It helps persons with different egos, desires,
programmings and needs to overcome all those potentially repelling
forces and unite.
Love needs not so much to be learned or cultivated, but rather released
or brought from within us to the surface. We are love. Our basic nature
is love. However, our ignorance, fear and attachment have buried it so
deeply within us that it is sometimes difficult to summon or maintain.
Loving others steadily, independently of their behavior, is not an easy
achievement.
Love versus Need
The power of attraction which we call love is expressed on many levels
and in countless ways. The most basic level is that of need. We often
use the word love when we really mean, "need".
We say, "I love you." But, if we analyze ourselves deeply, we will
realize learn we really mean, "I need you." This is the basic message
of most love songs. They lament with sadness, pain, agony and cry out
"you left me, I cannot live without you. I need you."
This is not the highest form of love. It is love mixed with need,
attachment and addiction. If it were pure love and the other was
happier by leaving us or even happier with someone else, we would be
happy for him or her, not full of sadness for ourselves. Loving others
means wanting them to be happy, healthy and successful in the ways that
they are guided to be.
Love does not create the pain we feel when someone leaves us or rejects
us. That pain is generated by our dependency upon that person for our
security, pleasure or affirmation.
Needs and attachments create fear, pain and suffering.
Love creates happiness, fulfillment and the experience of our True
Selves.

How to Love Yourself?
Stop All Criticism - Criticism never changes a thing. Refuse to
criticize yourself. Accept yourself exactly as you are. Everybody
changes. When you criticize yourself, your changes are negative. When
you
approve of yourself, your changes are positive.
Don't Scare Yourself - Stop terrorizing yourself with your thoughts.
It's a dreadful way to live. Find a mental image that gives you
pleasure (mine is yellow roses), and immediately switch your scary
thought to a pleasure thought.
Be Gentle And Kind And Patient - Be gentle with
yourself. Be kind to yourself. Be patient with yourself as you learn
the new ways of thinking. Treat yourself as you would someone you
really loved.
Is Kind To Your Mind - Self hatred is only hating your own thoughts.
Don't hate yourself for having the thoughts. Gently change your
thoughts.
Praise Yourself - Criticism breaks down the inner spirit. Praise builds
it up. Praise yourself as much as you can. Tell yourself how well you
are doing with every little thing.
Support Yourself - Find ways to support yourself. Reach out to friends
and allow them to help you. It is being strong to ask for help when you
need it.
Be Loving To Your Negatives - Acknowledge that you created them to
fulfill a need. Now, you are finding new, positive ways to
fulfill those needs. So, lovingly release the old negative patterns.
Take Care Of Your Body - Learn about nutrition. What kind of fuel does
your body need to have optimum energy and vitality? Learn about
exercise. What kind of exercise can you enjoy? Cherish and revere the
temple you live in.
Mirror Work - Look into your eyes often. Express this growing sense of
love you have for yourself. Forgive yourself looking into the mirror.
Talk to your parents looking into the mirror. Forgive them too. At
least once a day say: "I love you, I really love you."
Love Yourself.
Do It Now - Don't wait until you get well, or lose the weight, or get
the new job, or the new relationship.
Begin now -- and do the best you can.
Baby Planes
A mother and her son were flying Southwest Airlines from Oakland to
Kansas City. The son, who had been looking out the window, turned to his
mother and said, "If big dogs have baby dogs and big cats have baby
cats, why don't big planes have baby planes?
The mother, who couldn't think of an answer, told her son to ask the
flight attendant. So, the little boy asked the flight attendant, "If big
dogs have baby dogs and big cats have baby cats, why don't big planes
have baby planes?"
The flight attendant asked, "Did your mother tell you to ask me that?"
He said that she had. With a clever grin, she said, "Tell your mother
it's because Southwest Airlines always pulls out on time."

"Uncle Harry is blowing up Mommy's' balloons and she's screaming

Handy Tips on Sex
Handy Tips on Sex
1. Touch your partner as if you are touching yourself. This means feeling the touch at both the parts of the body: one, touching and the other, being touched that we do when we touch ourselves. Similarly, if you are touching the lips of your partner with your lips, do not limit yourself to the sensation in your lips only but try to feel, imaginatively, the sensation in your partner's lips as well.
2. Touch your partner as if he/she is touching you. This means switching the roles on the experiential level of being. You will be astonished to note that your aggressive actions of touching are automatically being replaced with the relaxed passive feelings of being touched (by yourself!).
3. Touch your partner with a feather touch. The feather touch is the most sensitive touch, for both—one who is touching and the one who is being touched.
Take note that at times we feel that ours is the lightest touch, although it is not. So always ask yourself the question, "Is this the lightest I can touch my partner?" If not, make it still lighter.
4. Kiss your partner with a feather kiss. The feather kiss is the most sensuous kiss.
5. Listen to every sound your partner makes. Take note that listening is different from hearing. Listening has an element of attention in it that hearing does not necessarily have.
6. Keep the lights subdued and unfiltered so that the shadows are prominent. Bright, filtered, and shadowless lights take away the third dimension of depth out of your vision which is so important for sexual appreciation.
7. Make your touches and kisses innovative and at the uncommon parts of the partner's body. No part of the body is less important than any other part.
8. Let the partner decide his/her own pace in the foreplay. Do not dictate your own terms only.
9. Do not fantasize of some other partner while in bed with one. This is the mistake the majority of the population makes to their own detriment.
10. Try to feel the sexual sensations of your partner as you are feeling yours. This is the most effective feeling that turns one on. This is the thing that, if successfully done, has the capacity to keep you young even when you go old!
Top Ten Sex Tips
Ten Top Sex Tipsby Julia Cole
Whether you want to transform a waning sex life, or simply make a great one even better, you should find it here!
1. Slow down!
Fast sex is usually unsatisfying sex (except occasionally). Make sure that lovemaking lasts at least half an hour. Women usually need this long to be fully aroused, so speedy sex can often mean she will never reach orgasm. Enjoy the journey as much as the arrival!
2. Explore
Allow your whole body to give and receive pleasure. Sex is not just about the genitals. Enjoy caressing each other in every nook and cranny!
3. Don't worry
Don't worry too much if your lovemaking pattern is sporadic. Sexual desire can be affected by tiredness, life stages (age of children, retirement, bereavement etc), illness or even the weather (people make love more in the summer!). Look for quality as much as quantity.
4. Work on life outside the bedroom
The quality of your day to day relationship is very important in maintaining a happy sex life. If you have a relationship characterised by tension and stress your sexual relationship will suffer. Make a special effort to deal with problem issues and your sex life should improve.
5. Take time out together
A boring life leads to a boring sex life. Take time out as a couple from the drudgery of every day life. Put aside an evening to cook a special meal or watch a video (exciting!), go out for the day or take a weekend away when you can.
6. Put work second
Workaholics often lead sexless lives because even when they are not at their desk they are obsessing about work. Agree not to discuss work all evening and have some fun instead.
7. Go on a 'date'
Book a 'sex date' together on a regular basis. If this seems contrived, bet you never thought this when you spent hours getting ready to meet your lover on a Saturday night. Set the scene with soft lighting or candles, seductive music and a glass (but no more, or nothing will come up, if you get my drift) of wine. Just chill out together and enjoy the ride.
8. Become a sex scholar
Read a good sex advice book. You will find a plethora of books on the subject these days. Some favourites are 'How to make love to the same person for the rest of your life' by Dagmar O'Connor (Virgin £5.99), 'Sex in Loving Relationships' by Sarah Litvinoff (Vermilion £9.99), 'Hot Monogamy' by Dr Patricia Love and Jo Robinson (Piatkus £8.99) and 'Dr Ruth's Guide to Sensous and Erotic Pleasures' by Dr Ruth Westheimer and Dr Louis Lieberman (Robson Books £6.99).
9. Fantasise
If sexual arousal is a problem, fantasise yourself into an erotic landscape. For example, imagine yourself in an Alpine meadow with the grasses waving over your head as you lay naked on cool grass, or on a warm beach with the sea lapping at your toes. You will find this helps you to relax and feel sexier.
10. Communicate
Good sex is primarily about communication. Many people imagine that their partner should be a mind reader when making love, but would never expect this in any other aspect of life. Tell your partner what you like, listen to what she enjoys and experiment with your desires.
